Trend report

 

As part of our continuing effort to stay abreast of the local real estate market, we here at the New York Appraisal Management Company perform a quarterly review of the statistics that provide insight into local and regional trends.  We are happy to share a brief review of our findings.

Scope of our Study:  The information and analysis contained within our report is based on data ascertained from a variety of sources both public and private.  Public data sources include the New York State Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service.  We believe this information to be accurate and reliable.  The opinions of this study are purely our own and are based on the data we study and in part, on interviews with local brokers and other appraisers.
